Mission
The Reflower Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to sustainability and community well-being. Our team repurposes and delivers fresh flowers to community centers, reducing waste and supporting a greener future. Serving Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and surrounding areas, we work to improve both environmental health and the spaces where people gather.

Donate your blooms
The Reflower Project is committed to giving your donated flowers a second life, bringing beauty, comfort, and hope to others. After your wedding, corporate, or social event, your flowers will continue to brighten community spaces. We also gratefully accept donations from local florists, wholesalers, and vases to support our mission. As an environmentally conscious organization, we strive to repurpose or recycle every arrangement, reducing waste while making a meaningful impact.

How it works
We are thrilled to partner with you to ensure your donated flowers are carefully removed, repurposed, and delivered to those who will appreciate them. Here’s how the process works:
- Pre-Event Coordination: We collaborate with your event planner, venue coordinator, and/or florist to arrange a seamless pickup.
- Recipient Communication: We coordinate with the recipient organization to ensure a meaningful delivery.
- Flower Pickup: Our team collects the flowers from your venue at the end of your event or the following day.
- Refreshing & Rearranging: Flowers are refreshed and rearranged, if needed, into vases or containers.
- Delivery: Arrangements are delivered to a Reflower Project-approved recipient in the community.
- Confirmation: You’ll receive photo documentation of the delivered flowers along with an email update. Any greenery or other waste is responsibly recycled.
- Donation Estimate: A suggested monetary donation will be provided based on labor, travel, and service costs.
- Acknowledgment Letter: We will provide a formal acknowledgment for your generous contribution.
